In this session, we will start with the 9 stages of a traditional Yoga Nidra practice then add regular meditation to assist you in meeting your spirit guide or guardian Angel.
Everyone has a spirit guide or guides. Our guides are here to help us led happy and fulfilling lives.
What is Yoga Nidra?
In simple terms, Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that allows you to scan the body and enter into a deep relaxed state of consciousness. There are no poses involved in yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra has many benefits such as stress relief, deep relaxation, increased concentration and it rejuvenates the body.
This is a subtle yet powerful practice that people of all ages can do and it is practiced lying down on a mat or sitting in a chair.
For the second part of this session you will be guided to meet your spirit guide or guardian angel where you can gain insight on your soul purpose, life lesson or any other intention you may have for this session.
Things to bring:
A yoga mat if you have one. If not, no worries you can practice in a chair.
