There’s yoga… and then there’s Stand up Paddleboard Yoga (SUP Yoga). Develop better balance and connect with your body on a whole new level. This class is a beginner-level class that will focus on the foundations of SUP Yoga. No yoga experience is required, swimming experience is recommended. We will meet in the indoor pool at the Clarksville Aquatic Center – class begins promptly at 9:30, please arrive 15 minutes early to get your paddleboard situated in the water.
Classes are held Saturdays at 9:30, Nov 6-Dec 18 (No Class Nov 27). Space is Limited. Registration & Prepayment is Required
